Copyright and content reporting
How to publish responsibly and ask for review of content that infringes your rights.
Version: 17 October 2026
1. Responsibility for content
Authors must hold the necessary rights to code, plugins, maps, images, music, logos and other uploads. Free availability does not automatically authorise redistribution.
2. Licensing and third-party work
Respect open-source licences, attribution requirements and distribution restrictions. Do not represent another creator’s work as your own. Include source, author and licence details where required.
3. What a report should contain
For review, provide the exact SoulShive URL, a description of the original work, proof you own or represent the rights, contact details and a clear explanation of the alleged infringement. Include only necessary information.
4. Reporting through Contact
Submit the report through Contact using the report category. List every relevant URL if multiple pages are involved. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment cards or other secrets.
5. How reports are assessed
We may request clarification, review available information, temporarily restrict content or remove material infringing rights or rules. We cannot guarantee one fixed resolution time for every case.
6. Appeals and mistakes
If content was removed in error, its author may request review through Contact with an explanation and evidence of authorisation. Deliberately false or abusive repeated reports may lead to action under platform rules.
7. DMCA and UK jurisdiction
The term “DMCA” is included to help visitors familiar with that process. SoulShive is operated from the UK; this page does not claim a registered US DMCA agent. Formal legal procedures depend on the applicable jurisdiction.
8. Marketplace and payments
Disputes about licensing, delivery or direct user-to-user payments should be raised with the seller and reported where appropriate. SoulShive does not collect those payments and cannot refund money it did not receive.
