What the program offers
SoulShive connects free-server providers with people who want to build a community. The provider hosts the server and sets the access, duration, limits and published conditions. SoulShive does not automatically host these servers.
Free and transparent
Program offers must not impose hidden mandatory fees. Optional paid services must be presented separately and cannot be a condition of the free offer. Players, revenue and unlimited duration are not guaranteed.
Application and allocation
You need a SoulShive account to apply or offer servers. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. The provider or authorized team reviews the application; acceptance reserves a resource in the program, and technical access is supplied separately by the provider through a suitable channel. Do not submit passwords, API keys or banking details in forms.
Responsible management
The recipient follows the offer conditions, provider rules and SoulShive rules. Installed addons and content must be legally usable. Clarify support, backups and withdrawal procedures with the provider before starting. Closing an allocation on SoulShive releases program capacity; it does not automatically delete server data.
Application data
Contact details, experience and community plans are visible only to the applicant, the respective offer provider and authorized administrators. They are not published in the catalog. The provider’s private contact is shown to accepted applicants. For requests about your data, use the Contact page and privacy policy.
Review and reports
The team may pause or reject unclear or noncompliant offers. Publication approval is not an uptime guarantee or company certification. If a problem arises, contact the provider and report it to SoulShive with the offer or application ID.
