Terms and Conditions
Rules for accounts, game servers, communities, the Marketplace and SoulShive Boost services.
Version: 17 October 2026
1. Platform and scope
SoulShive.com is an online platform for discovering and monitoring multiplayer servers, community profiles, gaming news, user-listed resources and Boost promotion. These terms apply to the website and use of our services.
2. Accounts and security
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, protect your access and report suspected unauthorised use. Users must comply with the minimum age shown on registration (currently 16). Steam or Facebook sign-in is also subject to the provider’s terms.
3. Server listings and claims
You may submit servers you manage or are authorised to represent. IP, port, game, name and description must be accurate. Claims may require proof of control, including a temporary hostname code. Automatic discovery does not prove ownership.
4. Monitoring, ranking and votes
Online status, maps and player counts depend on server responses and periodic checks. These figures can be delayed or inaccurate. Votes must be genuine; bots, vote farms, fake traffic, circumvention and rank manipulation are prohibited.
5. Communities and user content
You remain responsible for descriptions, images, resources, adverts, messages and comments posted through your account. Do not publish third-party personal data without a lawful basis, malware, deceptive content or material you cannot lawfully share. You grant SoulShive a limited licence needed to display and distribute your content on the platform; you retain your own rights.
6. User-to-user Marketplace
SoulShive provides listings and messaging for plugins, maps and other resources. Buyers and sellers agree directly on price, licensing, delivery and payment. SoulShive does not hold a cash wallet, process peer-to-peer payments, take a transaction commission or provide escrow protection. Sellers remain responsible for their legal obligations.
7. Boost: payments and activation
Boost is a one-off promotional service paid through Stripe Checkout at the tier and duration shown before purchase. Activation requires confirmed payment and an eligible server. Boost improves visibility as described by the package; it does not guarantee traffic, a specific ranking position or player count. Buying a Boost package does not create a recurring subscription.
8. Donations, promotions and SoulPoints
Voluntary Revolut contributions are separate from Boost purchases and do not automatically provide guaranteed benefits. Free campaigns have conditions, periods and limits shown on their page and may be paused. SoulPoints are non-cash loyalty points: they cannot be withdrawn as money, used as a financial wallet or sold.
9. Cancellations, complaints and refunds
If a Boost charge is disputed or the service is not delivered as agreed, contact us with the order ID and server address. Requests are reviewed against the service supplied and applicable rights, including consumer rights. Full or partial refunds may adjust Boost access and loyalty points. Nothing here removes mandatory statutory rights.
10. Prohibited behaviour and enforcement
Spam, phishing, threats, fraud, cyberattacks, vulnerability exploitation, false listings, vote manipulation, abusive reports and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts, taking account of severity and applicable legal requirements.
11. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable steps to operate the services, but game monitoring and external integrations also depend on third parties. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
12. Changes and applicable law
We may update these rules as the platform evolves or the law requires. We publish a revision date and give suitable notice of material changes. The platform is operated from the United Kingdom; mandatory consumer rights in relevant jurisdictions remain applicable where required by law.
13. Contact and reports
Use the Contact page for account issues, server errors, payments, abuse reports, privacy requests and copyright matters. Never submit passwords, CVCs, API keys or other secrets in tickets.
